What you need

Unzip first; use a desktop browser to personalise and download data. Printing and display materials are buyer-supplied. Ask an external print shop whether it accepts SVG before ordering a poster.

Good to know before you buy

  • A guest-facing sign, not a seating allocator or seat-capacity calculator; tables must already be assigned.
  • Up to 200 guests; 40 per Letter/A4 directory sheet. Names allow 60 Unicode code points and table labels 16, subject to fixed-size fit checks; duplicate displayed names need buyer disambiguation.
  • Native outlined SVG is 18 × 24 inches for up to 150 guests or 24 × 36 inches for up to 200. Verified native text scope is font-supported Latin script including accents; unsupported scripts or uncomposable marks visibly warn and block SVG, unavailable font glyphs reject.
  • No oversize PDF, tiled poster, bleed, CMYK or poster JPG/PNG export. Shop acceptance, physical printing and mounting are untested.
  • Structured layout with controlled fonts and ink only; no photo upload, freeform drag/drop or arbitrary font/background editing. Edit wording in the HTML, not in the outlined SVG.
  • Save JSON explicitly before closing; there is no autosave. Invalid, unapplied or rejected-import manual output is a corrective warning, not a valid chart.
  • Digital workflow tested in desktop Chromium; other browsers and native printer dialogs remain untested.

Questions

How many guests fit?

Up to 200 guests, 40 per Letter or A4 sheet. The optional outlined SVG poster holds 150 guests at 18 × 24 inches or 200 at 24 × 36 inches. Tables must already be assigned; it is a sign, not a seating planner.

How do I personalise it?

Unzip first, then open the personaliser in a desktop browser. Type your details, press Apply, proofread, and save the JSON backup so you can reopen it later. There is no autosave and no login.

Do you print or ship the sign?

No. It is a digital download for one wedding. Printing and display materials are yours to supply.

Which browsers were tested?

The digital workflow was tested in desktop Chromium. Other browsers, devices and native print dialogs have not been tested.
