Good to know before you buy

  • Use one working master; PDFs and CSV copies do not synchronize.
  • Print work pages are pen-filled, not editable PDF forms.
  • Excel and Google Sheets have not been tested. Software and accounts are not included.
  • Fixed workbook ranges are supported; adding rows beyond the stated capacities is not tested.
  • XLSX, formulas verified with LibreOffice recalculation; no other-application compatibility certification.
  • Programmatic native route did not test GUI validation dialogs, GUI Undo or physical printing.
  • No bank connection, payments, invitation sending, automatic seating or jurisdiction-specific advice.
  • Spreadsheet print setup defaults to US Letter; choose A4 in page setup. Separate print-ready A4 PDFs are included.
  • Wide lists print across 2 landscape bands with names repeated; long lists also continue downward.
  • Summary views shorten long entries; the full text stays on its sheet. Business keys stay full.
  • Multiline summary sources show See sheet; read the complete entry on its input sheet.
  • IDs up to 24 characters (the app warns or refuses longer ones; this lab could not test refusal in a real app).
  • Very long notes (≈300+ characters in one cell) can exceed a printed page when printing from the spreadsheet; keep long notes in several rows, or use the print-ready PDFs.

Does it work in Excel or Google Sheets?

It is an XLSX file built to a portable feature set, with formulas verified by LibreOffice recalculation. Excel and Google Sheets have not been tested, and software and accounts are not included.

Can I use it on paper too?

Yes. The ZIP has print-ready task pages in US Letter and A4 that you fill in with a pen. They are not editable PDF forms, and they do not synchronize with the spreadsheet.

Is there a filled-in example?

Yes. A separate fictitious worked-example XLSX and PDF sit beside the blank file, so you can see a finished plan before you type your own.

Does it send invitations or connect to my bank?

No. There is no bank connection, payments, invitation sending, automatic seating or jurisdiction-specific advice. You type in what you already know.
