Free wedding timeline template for the day

The free wedding timeline template is a spreadsheet for the wedding day itself. You type each moment and how long it lasts, and each start and end time follows from the one before. You can fix a time that must not move, such as the ceremony. Gaps and overlaps are flagged.

White cells are typed in, sand cells calculate and pale blue cards summarize. Every sheet has a title block, a frozen header row, filter buttons and drop-down lists. Overdue items are marked. Every state is also written in words, so the sheet reads in black and white.

The printable pages (a cover and the timeline) are built for US Letter and for A4; print at Actual size (100%) on plain paper.

Part of the filled example, as it works itself out

The example plans a barn wedding for an invented couple. You type the fixed times (guests at 2:30 PM, the ceremony at 3:00 PM, the grand entrance at 5:00 PM) and how long each moment lasts. The sheet fills in the rest.
