What is in the vendor payment tracker?
The vendor payment tracker is a spreadsheet for Excel and Google Sheets with room for 40 vendors and 200 payments. It shows what is paid, what is due soon and what is overdue. You get a blank file and a filled example for Letter and A4, plus printable pages and a start guide.
White cells are typed in, sand cells calculate and pale blue cards summarize. Every sheet has a title block, a frozen header row, filter buttons and drop-down lists. Overdue items are marked. Every state is also written in words, so the sheet reads in black and white.

FAQ
Questions couples ask
What is the most expensive part of a wedding?
For most couples the venue and catering take the largest share of the budget. Our tracker shows, vendor by vendor, what you have paid, what remains and when the next payment is due.
Which wedding vendor to tip and how much?
Tipping customs vary by vendor and region, so check each contract first, since some include gratuity. You can log a tip as a payment in our tracker, so it shows in what you still owe.
Is there an app for wedding vendors?
Our vendor payment tracker is a spreadsheet, not an app. It opens in Excel or Google Sheets on your computer and keeps 40 vendors and 200 payments in one file.
How much should I budget for a wedding?
A wedding budget depends on your guest count, your town and what matters most to you. Start from what you can pay, then split it by vendor. Our tracker then shows each vendor’s paid and remaining amount.
Is $10,000 a reasonable wedding budget?
A $10,000 budget can work for a smaller wedding, depending on your town and guest count. Whatever the total, our tracker shows each vendor’s paid and remaining amount, so you see early if the plan is slipping.
Is there a free spreadsheet wedding planner available?
Our free download is a day-of timeline spreadsheet. The vendor payment tracker is $9, and all nine planners in the planning bundle are $25.
