Our wedding ceremony program template puts the order of ceremony, your officiant and wedding party on a two-sided card. Choose 5 × 7 in, 5.5 × 8.5 in, or an arched fan to cut out and glue to a stick.
What you get
Every ceremony program download holds a personalizer, a filled example and a blank version. You get a flat 5 × 7 in or 5.5 × 8.5 in card and a 5 × 7 in fan, all two-sided. The PDFs are made for US Letter and A4, with JPGs at 300 ppi. You edit it in Google Chrome on your computer.

Good to know
The card lists up to 12 parts in order, such as the prelude, processional, readings, vows and recessional, plus anything you add. The card also holds the officiant, up to 8 roles in the wedding party, a memory line and a closing line.
Flat 5 × 7 in (two per sheet), flat 5.5 × 8.5 in (one per sheet), and a fan in a 5 × 7 in arch (two per sheet). All are two-sided, so print with “flip on long edge”.
The fan program is a 5 × 7 inch arch printed on both sides, two per sheet. Cut it to shape along the marks and glue it to a stick. Guests then hold the order of ceremony and something to cool off with outdoors.
Download PDF builds the sheet for US Letter or A4, with crop marks and a 1 inch check bar. Print at Actual size (100%), not “Fit to page”, on cardstock of 80–110 lb cover.
Each part has a title and a line for the people or the music, for example “Reading” and the reader’s name. Add or remove parts in the personalizer, and the card adjusts.
