How it works
The personalizer
Your details live in one place. In a set, a single personalizer holds every piece: switch between them with the tabs. Save backup carries your details to any other piece of the same design.

Complete the suite
Every set comes in each of the four designs and has one personalizer for all its pieces. The struck-through figure is what the same pieces cost one by one.
FAQ
Both table number sizes work well. The 5 × 7 in card is easier to read from across the room, and the 4 × 6 in card takes less space on small tables. Our template includes both sizes.
Table numbers print best on cardstock of 80–110 lb cover (216–300 gsm). Thick card stands in a frame or holder without bending.

Print table numbers at the size of the frame or stand you will use. Ours come at 4 × 6 in and 5 × 7 in, which fit standard frames. Print at Actual size (100%) so the card matches the frame.
Table numbers usually stand in a frame, a holder or a small easel in the middle of each table. Cardstock cards at 4 × 6 or 5 × 7 in fit standard frames. Place each one where guests see it from the entrance.
Many couples number tables from the front of the room to the back, so guests find them quickly. The seating chart then lists guests by table number. Our table numbers run in order from any start number up to 50.
