The guest list and RSVP tracker is a spreadsheet for Excel and Google Sheets with room for 300 guests and 50 tables. It counts replies, meals and seats and gives each guest a to-do. You get a blank file and a filled example for Letter and A4, plus printable pages.
White cells are typed in, sand cells calculate and pale blue cards summarize. Every sheet has a title block, a frozen header row, filter buttons and drop-down lists. Overdue items are marked. Every state is also written in words, so the sheet reads in black and white.

Each guest gets a to-do: send invitation, needs meal, needs a table, send thank-you or remove from table. The overview counts invited, attending, declined and waiting. It also shows the reply rate and the days to your reply-by date.
